Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between SONDER REGULACIÓN and the user is subject to the current Spanish legislation.
In the event of a dispute arising from these General Conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties agree, at their own free will and renouncing to any other jurisdiction, to submit themselves to the courts of the registered address of the user. Thus, in the case of dispute with corporate entities, the parties will be subject to the Courts of RUBÍ.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection
Under the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, SONDER REGULACIÓN informs the user of the corporate website that personal data provided to SONDER REGULACIÓN will be included in an automated data file created and maintained under the responsibility of SONDER REGULACIÓN with registered office in Avenida la Llana 93, P.I. la Llana, RUBÍ (Barcelona).
These files are entered in the registry of the NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION AGENCY.
The purpose and nature of the files is intended for communication purposes between SONDER REGULACIÓN and its clients; as well as the publicity, promotion and presentation of services through their website.
The collection and processing of personal data is intended for informative purposes and maintaining the contractual relationship between the user and SONDER REGULACIÓN.
In the event that users have any questions, job applications or request information about services offered by SONDER REGULACIÓN, personal data will be used exclusively to answer questions, applications or provide requested information.
SONDER REGULACIÓN guarantees that the information provided by the user is not shared with third parties and in no case will be transferred or sold; safeguarding, at all times, the privacy of communications and the personal data of the users.
The user expressly consents that the personal data collected by SONDER REGULACIÓN can be sent to public or private organisations in accordance with the purpose of data collection.
SONDER REGULACIÓN is also authorised to provide such information to national and international authorities when required and is obliged to do so under legal law, judicial or administrative mandate.
Any other use of personal data other than those mentioned above requires prior express consent of the user.
The user may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, correction, opposition and/or cancellation of personal information, by means of a written communication to the address listed above or e-mail to SONDER REGULACIÓN.
SONDER REGULACIÓN states that it has adopted security measures established in the legal and regulatory framework of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, and in particular those stipulated in the Royal Decree RD 1720/2007, and is legally bound to the duty of secrecy of personal data.
